To assist in the daily operations of the uniform room by issuing, collecting, sorting, and maintaining uniforms for all hotel colleagues, ensuring cleanliness, proper storage, and smooth distribution in line with hotel standards.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Receive, issue, and record staff uniforms accurately.
  • Collect soiled uniforms and ensure timely transfer to laundry.
  • Sort uniforms by department and staff name/number.
  • Check uniforms for damages or missing items and report to the supervisor.
  • Ensure all uniforms are clean, pressed, and ready for use.
  • Maintain proper storage and organization in the uniform room.
  • Assist with alterations, sewing, or labeling when required.
  • Keep records of uniforms issued, returned, or replaced.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the uniform room.
  • Provide courteous assistance to all colleagues.
  • Support the laundry team in other duties when necessary.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in laundry/uniform room or hospitality (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Basic knowledge of laundry operations and garment care.
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
