Day-to-day responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of all F&B outlets and banquet services.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional dining experiences in line with IHG standards.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team to achieve high guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver innovative menus and promotions.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and implement cost controls to maximize profitability.
  • Monitor guest feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • 5–7 years of F&B management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Preferably with IHG brand experience.
  • Currently based in the UAE with knowledge of local dining trends.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen.
  • Passion for guest satisfaction and food & beverage innovation.
