We are currently seeking to hire an experienced Food Safety Officer (UAE National) to ensure compliance with food safety regulations, maintain a clean and sanitary environment, and guarantee the quality of our food products. The ideal candidate will assist in implementing and enforcing food safety protocols, conduct inspections, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • 1. Food Safety Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and processes to identify potential food safety hazards.
  • 2. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP & Dubai Municipality food code)
  • 3. Training and Education: Provide training on food safety practices to employees
  • 4. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of inspections, testing, and corrective actions.
  • 5. Corrective Actions Investigate and address food safety incidents, implementing corrective actions.
  • 6. Continuous Improvement: Recommend improvements to food safety processes and procedures.
