Job summary

A leading food company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to oversee food safety management systems. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in the baking or frozen bakery industry. Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in the field is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or Microbiology.
• Experience in the frozen bakery industry is preferred.
• Experience in the baking industry is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with microbiological lab practices.
• Working experience with SAP or Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain BRC & FSSC systems.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for food safety.
• Prepare and conduct food safety training sessions.
• Manage internal and external audits.
• Coordinate with the Quality Manager on complaints and audits.
