A pet food company is seeking an Operations & Supply Chain Manager in Dubai to lead their manufacturing facility and optimize supply chain processes. Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in Food Manufacturing, Central Kitchen Management, or FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and UAE Municipality codes.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production shifts and manage the Kitchen Supervisor.
• Execute the Global Quality Management System and adapt SOPs.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to reduce COGS.
• Minimize food wastage and optimize inventory levels.
• Lead operational setup and maintenance of production facility.
• Track and report key metrics to drive operational improvements.
