• Handle customer inquiries, feedback and complaints promptly and professionally
• Manage inventory, place orders and control costs to meet budgetary goals
• Ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene regulations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain menu quality and consistency
• Prepare staff schedules and manage time‑off requests
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates and address concerns
• Assist in implementing marketing initiatives to drive sales and customer loyalty
• Perform administrative tasks such as reporting, record‑keeping and cash management

Qualifications

• Proven experience in restaurant or food and beverage outlet operations with at least one year in a supervisory role
