This role involves overseeing maintenance schedules, conducting inspections, and coordinating repairs. About the Role

As a Fleet & Maintenance Executive at Moove you will be an integral part of our operations ensuring the optimal functioning and upkeep of our assets. Your role will involve overseeing maintenance schedules, conducting inspections and coordinating repairs to guarantee the safety and reliability of with a dedicated team you will contribute to these seamless operation of our services an opportunity to showcase your technical expertise while playing a key role in maintaining our commitment to excellence

What Youll be Doing

  • Coordinating all inspection maintenance and accident repair activities with workshops and vendors to ensure timely resolution and minimal vehicle downtime.
  • Developing and executing preventive maintenance schedules to enhance EET reliability and operational readiness.
  • Ensuring full compliance with RTA regulations by managing timely vehicle registration renewals and related government requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate records of vehicle documents, maintenance logs, registration, leases and incident reports for audit and operational purposes.
  • Collecting, verifying and uploading data related to Salik charges, traffic fines, fuel expenses and maintenance invoices; liaising with finance and relevant departments for accurate cost allocation.
  • Leveraging strong mechanical and technical understanding to communicate effectively with workshops ensuring quality repairs and cost control.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends or after‑hours to support urgent EET requirements or breakdowns.
  • Enforcing company policies and safety protocols across all EET activities promoting a culture of accountability and risk reduction.
  • Supporting other EET‑related initiatives and tasks as assigned by management.

What You will need for this position

  • Minimum 35 years of experience in EET management or vehicle operations, preferably in the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of RTA processes and UAE vehicle compliance landscape.
  • Technically savvy with a good grasp of vehicle maintenance diagnostics and repair processes.
  • Proficient in MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication coordination and problem‑solving skills.

Key Metrics

  • Time‑bound EET inspection and report generation as per plan checklist (Only if in our Parking lot)
  • Projection preparation for repairs (Tyres, Suspension, Aesthetic, Electricals & Battery)
  • Collation of all data and aligned team to resolve issues timely closure of repair complaints
  • Handle team of On Road support
  • Workshop overview coordination for issue vehicle or stock in WS more than 4 days GMS/7 DAYS Accidents
  • Guidance/decision for insurance claim vs repairs
  • Coordination with RSA/Towing Crane for workshop allotment geography wise.
  • Guidance/decision for insurance claim vs repairs if claim then Claim Intimation documentation Workshop visits.
  • Coordination with workshop/Surveyor on daily status
  • Insurance Google sheet updates
  • Daily report on claims.

Directly reporting to our Fleet & Maintenance Manager and closely working with our Operations Team.
