About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Lines Claims Specialist to join our this role you will be responsible for managing and processing claims related to financial lines insurance policies. You will work closely with clients insurance companies and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate resolution of claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and analysing financial lines insurance policies to determine coverage and eligibility for claims
  • Managing the entire claims process from initial notification to final settlement
  • Gathering and evaluating evidence documentation and other information to support claims
  • Liaising with clients insurance companies and other parties involved in the claims process
  • Negotiating with insurance companies to ensure fair and timely settlement of claims
  • Providing guidance and support to clients on claims-related issues
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all claims and related activities
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of claims management
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry developments and changes in regulations related to financial lines insurance claims

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in finance business or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing financial lines insurance claims
  • Strong knowledge of financial lines insurance policies and coverage
