The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization. You are comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial meetings
• Complete financial accounting and forecasting
• Deliver reports and metrics to leadership
• Compiling financial data, creating reports and analyzing the financial health of the company
• Overseeing the finance department, including personnel matters for department managers
• Managing Company Budgets and establishing budget guidelines for all departments
• Forecasting company finances and creating financial models
• Identifying ways for the organization to cut costs and increase profits
• Enforcing policies that keep the company in compliance with financial regulations
• Mediating between the organization, employees, stakeholders, shareholders and investors on financial issues

Qualifications
