Job description

As a Finance Junior analyst, your mission will be to ensure efficient communication and coordination with banking institutions, facilitating auto loans and mortgage processes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between Kavak and banking institutions.
  • Communicate with banks to secure auto loans for customers purchasing cars.
  • Follow up on mortgage details to customers' auto loans
  • Assist in the process of clearing auto loans for customers selling their cars to Kavak.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all financial documentation.
  • Utilize Excel for data tracking, analysis and reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth workflow and resolve issues promptly.
  • Negotiate and push back with banks as necessary to expedite loan processes.
Requirements / Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive or banking industry, is a plus.
