Responsibilities include visiting various shops to find candidates, supervising kiosk operations, and building strong relationships with technicians and store owners. Responsibilities

  • Visit watch repair shops, key duplication stores, and other relevant businesses.
  • Identify and evaluate skilled technicians for the network.
  • Build relationships with shop owners and technicians.
  • Shortlist and recommend suitable candidates to management.
  • Assist in setting up new FixHub kiosks.
  • Supervise kiosk staff for smooth operations.
  • Prepare field reports and candidate assessments.

Job description

We are looking for a field-oriented, street-smart individual who understands the UAE local market and can identify skilled workers for our growing service network.

This is NOT a typical office sales job.

This role requires someone who is confident to go outside, visit stores, talk to technicians, evaluate them, and bring the right candidates for our service kiosks.

After recruitment, the candidate will also support in store setup and supervision of kiosks as the network grows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visit watch repair shops, key duplication stores, printing & gifts shops, phone/laptop repair stores, etc.
  • Identify and evaluate skilled technicians who can join our FixHub network
  • Build relationships with shop owners and technicians in the market
  • Shortlist and recommend suitable candidates to management
  • Assist in setting up new FixHub kiosks (basic operations tasks)
  • Supervise kiosk staff and ensure smooth daily operations
  • Prepare field reports and candidate assessments
Skills

We are NOT looking for a typical sales executive.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Smart, confident, and street-experienced
  • Very comfortable talking to workers, technicians, and shop owners
  • Knows how to evaluate people’s skills and character
  • Understands UAE market locations and service clusters
  • Flexible and ready to work in the field
  • Has good communication and follow-up ability
  • Can later supervise multiple kiosks

Industry experience in any of the following is a HUGE plus:

  • Watch repair
  • Key duplication
  • Mobile/laptop repair
  • T-shirt printing & gift stores
  • Market sourcing / manpower scouting
