Responsibilities

• Visit merchant partners to ensure branding is displayed correctly.
• Conduct training for partners on voucher redemption.
• Collect and relay feedback to sales and operations teams.
• Monitor branding compliance and suggest improvements.
• Perform mystery shopping to ensure service quality.
• Generate new leads during visits to merchants.
• Manage daily schedules for multiple visits.
• Promote the ENTERTAINER brand positively in all interactions.
