Talent Bridge HR Consultancy Dubai is currently seeking a highly motivated and responsible Female Bus Attendant to join our team. As a School Bus Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of students during their daily commute to and from school.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist students in boarding and exiting the school bus safely and efficiently
• Ensure all students are seated and wearing seatbelts before the bus begins moving
• Monitor and maintain order on the bus, ensuring students follow safety rules and regulations
• Keep accurate records of student attendance and report any incidents to the bus driver and school administration
• Communicate with parents and school staff regarding any changes in bus routes or schedules
• Maintain a clean and organized bus, including regular cleaning and disinfecting
• Assist students with special needs or disabilities, providing necessary accommodations and support
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving the bus
• Attend regular training and meetings to stay updated on safety procedures and policies
• Perform other duties as assigned by the school or Talent Bridge HR Consultancy Dubai.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working with children preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and handle emergency situations effectively
• Physically fit and able to assist with any necessary tasks, such as lifting and securing wheelchairs or other equipment
• Familiarity with traffic laws and safe driving practices
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
