About the Role

We are seeking a creative and commercially driven Fashion Brand Manager to lead brand strategy, positioning, and execution across all customer touch points. This role is responsible for building brand equity, driving market growth, and ensuring consistent brand identity while aligning creative vision with commercial objectives in a competitive fashion retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning
  • Develop and execute the overall brand strategy in line with business goals and target audiences.
  • Define brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all channels.
  • Ensure consistent brand representation across retail, digital, and marketing platforms.
Marketing & Campaign Management
  • Plan and deliver seasonal and product-launch marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with creative, digital, and retail teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies to maximize brand impact.
Product & Merchandising Collaboration
  • Work closely with design, merchandising, and buying teams to align product assortments with brand vision.
  • Provide market insights on trends, customer preferences, and competitive activity.
  • Support pricing, promotions, and product storytelling to drive sales.
Digital, Social & PR Management
  • Oversee digital marketing, social media presence, and influencer collaborations.
  • Manage brand communications, PR activities, and partnerships to enhance visibility.
  • Ensure brand tone and storytelling resonate with target customers.
Market Analysis & Performance Tracking
  • Analyze market trends, customer data, and brand performance metrics.
