We are looking for an experienced Farm Manager in Abu Dhabi. The Farm Manager will be responsible for the management of the farm, ensuring the health & well-being of the animals and optimizing production efficiency.

Duties will include:

• Managing the entire activities taking place in the farm.
• Monitor and manage the health, breeding, and nutrition of the cattle herd.
• Implement and oversee vaccination programs and disease prevention strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of individual animal health and production data.
• Assist junior staff in achieving goals.
• Monitor and adjust feeding practices based on seasonal variations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to herd management, production, and farm operations.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills needed:

• Bachelors Degree in Animal Science, Agriculture or similar field
• 10 years experience as a Farm Manager
• Strong communication skills in English Arabic would be an added bonus!
• Knowledge of cattle breeding, nutrition, and health management practices.
• Familiarity with pasture management and rotational grazing techniques.
• Ability to work outside and perform physically demanding tasks
