Maintenance Manager - FMCG
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement maintenance policies and treatments and upgrade them as necessary.
- Strategy, coordinate, and oversee upkeep activities for devices repair work and installation.
- Display tools as well as spare component stock and locate orders as essential.
- Implement normal preventative upkeep that aims to forecast and avoid tool/equipment failures prior to they happen.
- Implement and control maintenance budget while ensuring best practices in the market.
- Establish and apply health and wellness policies and procedures in dealing with devices and tools.
- Maintain good relations with suppliers, contracts, and manage the execution of maintenance work.
- Prepare and follow up daily and monthly reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related field.
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in food production sectors, preferably in flour mills.
- Ability to analyze, process, and identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and methods.
- Solid understanding of computer applications.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
