Whether setting tables communicating with the kitchen interacting and serving guests or cleaning work areas and supplies the Guest Service Expert makes transactions feel like part of the experience.

Responsibilities

• Set tables and assist with customer service to create a memorable dining experience.
• Communicate with the kitchen and interact with guests to ensure smooth service and satisfaction.
• Serve guests and manage related tasks; maintain cleanliness of work areas and supplies.
• Perform tasks that make transactions feel like part of the experience.
• Remain on their feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time) and navigate varying surfaces as needed.
• Read and visually verify information on the menu; handle tasks that involve lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance; reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling and stooping.
• Perform other reasonable duties as requested to support guests and the business.
