Job summary

A leading hospitality firm in Sharjah is seeking an F&B Admin Executive to provide administrative and operational support to the F&B department. This role ensures smooth daily operations by managing documentation, coordinating internal communication, and maintaining reports. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration and good organizational skills. Previous experience in an F&B or hospitality administrative role is preferred. The position is critical for supporting the F&B General Manager and ensuring effective communication within the team.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in F&B or hospitality administration is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to GM – F&B and team.
  • Prepare and maintain reports and records.
  • Support inventory control and cost management.
  • Coordinate communication between staff and management.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and travel arrangements.
