Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and service-oriented F&B Attendant to join our In-Room Dining team. The ideal candidate will ensure timely, accurate, and professional delivery of food and beverages to guest rooms, providing an exceptional dining experience in the comfort of their room.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver food and beverage orders promptly and accurately to guest rooms.
  • Set up and present trays and trolleys according to service standards.
  • Ensure guest orders are complete, well-presented, and delivered with courtesy.
  • Handle guest requests, preferences, and special dietary needs with care.
  • Clear trays and trolleys from guest rooms in a timely manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the in-room dining area, trolleys, and equipment.
  • Follow all hygiene, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Assist with order taking via phone when required, ensuring accuracy and upselling opportunities.
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Previous experience in Food & Beverage service, preferably in Room Service or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A guest-focused, courteous, and professional attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Knowledge of hotel service standards and basic food safety.
