A leading sports brand in Dubai is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director of Emerging Markets. This role requires strong organizational skills, project management expertise, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years' experience in supporting C-level executives within a dynamic environment. Responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating travel logistics, and facilitating cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities while supporting a diverse regional team.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience supporting C-level or senior leadership.
  • Experience in a multinational, fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director.
  • Manage the MD’s calendar efficiently.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics.
  • Lead cross-functional projects on behalf of the Executive Office.
