The role involves client engagement, lead generation, and maintaining stand presentation. Ideal candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in retail sales or real estate, possess excellent communication skills, and be multilingual. Flexibility to work on weekends is required.

Position Summary

The Promotional Venue Executive will be responsible for ensuring the effective functioning of Sobhas promotional kiosks in malls/hotels. This role involves direct client engagement, lead generation, driving site visits, and maintaining stand presentation. The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-focused, able to work independently, and adept at multitasking in a dynamic Real Estate environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Client Engagement & Lead Generation
    • Actively interact with mall visitors to promote Sobhas projects and capture leads.
    • Provide crisp information about projects, pricing, and offers to potential clients.
    • Escalate complex queries to your Team Lead when necessary.
  2. Lead Management
    • Accurately record client details and remarks on the system immediately.
    • Aggressive follow up with leads via calls/emails/WhatsApp to schedule site visits or provide additional information.
  3. Stand Presentation & Maintenance
    • Ensure the stand is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing always.
    • Highlight issues related to stand and/or any replenishments needed to respective Stand Manager.
  4. Site Visits
    • Coordinate and schedule at least 25 qualified site visits with respective Stand Manager.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in retail sales, promotions, or real estate (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic proficiency in email writing.
  • Proactive, target-driven, and able to work under supervision.
  • Flexibility to work at different stands.
  • Multilingual.

Note: This role requires the ability to stand for extended hours, flexibility to work 6 days a week including weekends/national holidays as per mall operational hours.
