Qualifications

• Previous experience in a guest-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Manage food and beverage presentations in the Executive Lounge.
• Coordinate cleanliness and ambiance with housekeeping and F&B teams.
• Perform daily opening and closing procedures per hotel standards.
• Upsell hotel services and promote World of Hyatt membership.
• Handle guest inquiries, comments, and complaints professionally.
• Monitor operating supplies and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Answer incoming calls and provide accurate information.
