Job Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of kitchen staff in creating innovative, high-quality dishes with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Manage food stock levels and ordering supplies to ensure smooth running of the kitchen.
• Plan menus according to budget and customer preferences.
• Ensure all kitchen staff adhere to health and safety standards.
• Maintain a professional working environment in the kitchen at all times.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role within a luxury setting.
