We are seeking an Executive Chef to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. The ideal candidate should have a good knowledge of all cuisines and demonstrate strong leadership skills.
The key responsibilities include leading and managing kitchen staff, overseeing food preparation, and creating delicious meals for our guests. The candidate should possess excellent leadership skills, a passion for cooking, at least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry, and a thorough understanding of various cuisines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.
Additional duties involve managing the daily operations of the kitchen, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, developing menus, and managing staff schedules. Organization and effective problem-solving skills are required.
The position offers a competitive salary of 1700 per month. We are open to considering international candidates who may need sponsorship.
