Assistant to the CEO will be at the heart of this growth, ensuring the CEO can operate at maximum focus, speed, and impact.

Position Summary

As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you are more than an organiser you are a strategic partner who keeps execution flowing at the highest level. You will :

  • Manage the CEO’s priorities, time, and communications with precision
  • Coordinate across internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders
  • Anticipate needs and remove obstacles so the CEO can focus on strategy and growth
  • Act as a confidential advisor and custodian of information

Reporting Line : Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Key Responsibilities
  • Calendar and workflow management : prioritise and manage the CEO’s schedule aligned to strategic priorities
  • Communication management : draft, review, and manage emails, documents, and reports on behalf of the CEO
  • Meeting preparation : organise agendas, prepare briefing notes, and ensure follow-ups are executed
  • Stakeholder coordination : serve as the first point of contact between the CEO and internal / external stakeholders
  • Confidential support : handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion
  • Operational tracking : monitor KPIs, report progress, and ensure accountability on CEO-driven initiatives
  • Project support : coordinate and track special projects, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met
  • Travel and logistics : manage travel, events, and logistics for the CEO and key executive meetings
  • Board and investor liaison : assist with board pack preparation, investor decks, and communication flows
  • Culture and representation : represent the CEO with professionalism, aligned to Property Search’s brand and culture
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced, high-growth company (PropTech, SaaS, or real estate a plus)
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic a plus)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM / project tools (Zoho preferred)
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and emotional intelligence
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency and accuracy
