As part of their continued growth and expansion, they are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to provide direct support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Position Overview

The Executive Assistant will act as the right hand to the CEO, providing high-level administrative and strategic support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical in ensuring the CEO’s time is optimized and the company’s leadership operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal / external stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting materials, and executive summaries for board and leadership meetings.
  • Coordinate and follow up on key initiatives, ensuring timely execution of tasks and projects.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle business matters with discretion.
  • Support the CEO in strategic planning activities, including research, data analysis, and preparing briefing documents.
  • Assist in organizing company events, board meetings, and executive engagements.
