You'll provide confidential support to Senior Business Unit Directors, manage diaries, coordinate events, and handle communications. Job description
What You Will Do
  • Provide daily confidential support to Senior Business Unit Directors.
  • Manage diary, e‑mails flagging with urgent action and bookings of Senior Business Unit Directors as well as travel arrangements.
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders to collect the input for the newsletter and define the content.
  • Manage other e‑mail channels like Marketo for communication campaigns.
  • Support the Senior Business Unit Directors in setting up town halls or events, either live or virtually and drive the communication.
  • Attend and minute important meetings, type up plans and communicate with direct reports and prepare advanced PowerPoint presentations, coordinate key events.
  • Update budget lists and manage compliance paperwork, filing and documentation.
  • Complete monthly expense reports for Senior Business Unit Directors, also ensuring that financial procedures are followed in relation to purchase orders, etc.
  • Coordinate office‑management tasks for the Dubai office.
What You Need
  • Educational degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
  • Typing speed of at least 80 words per minute.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently.

Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.
