Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Organize and maintain confidential files and records.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as needed.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive team.
  • Conduct market research and provide relevant insights or summaries to support executive decision-making.
  • Manage and execute projects independently, including planning, follow-up, and reporting.
  • Assist in planning and executing company events and meetings.
  • Perform general office management tasks and support administrative staff when necessary.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Friendly attitude with a focus on quality and efficiency.
