Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to CEO – Dubai / Mix of Corporate & Personal Support

We’re hiring on behalf of the CEO of a leading group in Dubai. This is not your typical EA role — you’ll be the right hand to the CEO, trusted to manage both business priorities and personal affairs, making their life easier and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

If you’re highly organised, discreet, and thrive in a role that blends professional operations with personal support, this could be the perfect opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Acting as the direct support to the CEO — no middle layer, full trust
  • Managing complex calendars, meetings, and daily schedules
  • Handling travel bookings, hotels, and itineraries (business & personal)
  • Supporting family matters and personal commitments with discretion
  • Coordinating with vendors, service providers, and external contacts
  • Balancing a 60/40 split of corporate vs personal responsibilities
  • Being the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Experiance is required at least 3-5 years
  • High level of discretion, trustworthiness, and professionalism
  • Background in EA/PA, real estate, or travel is a plus
  • Driving license a bonus (not essential)
  • Confident communicator with strong MS Office skills
  • Someone who is proactive, adaptable, and ready to step in immediately

Role Details

  • Location: Dubai – based at the CEO’s office (Mon–Fri) Must be on hand for out of hours request.
