Job summary

A leading hospitality company in Dubai is seeking an Event Coordinator to assist in planning and coordinating events. Responsibilities include vendor management, event setup, and liaising with clients to ensure smooth operations. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and candidates must be able to work flexible hours. This role does not support remote work and is offered on a contractual basis.

Qualifications

Job description
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events including venue selection vendor management catering and logistics.

  • Help with event setup breakdown and onsite coordination.

  • Liaise with clients suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth event .

  • Create and manage eventrelated documents such as schedules guest lists and promotional materials.

  • Track event budgets and provide postevent reports and evaluations.

  • Assist the sales team with lead generation client outreach and followups.

  • Prepare sales materials proposals and presentations.

  • Coordinate sales meetings and assist in the preparation of reports and performance metrics.

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and act as a point of contact when needed.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Sales/Event Management Hospitality Communications or a related field preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
