Events Operations Manager

LOCATION

Private Estate / Palace - UAE

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

The Events Operations Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and flawless execution of all events held at a prestigious private estate. The role ensures exceptional standards of service, discretion, and operational excellence, overseeing end-to-end event logistics, estate readiness, vendor coordination, and guest experience. A key responsibility includes the preparation, presentation, and confidential delivery of gifts, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, cultural sensitivity, and accuracy.

Qualifications / Certifications / Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Event Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

Professional certifications in Event Management, Hospitality, or Project Management highly regarded

Experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in event operations, hospitality management, or private estate environments
  • Proven experience managing high-profile, VIP, or private events
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple vendors, suppliers, and internal teams simultaneously
  • Hands‑on experience managing gift logistics including packing, presentation, inventory tracking, and delivery coordination
