About the Role

The Event Executive will work closely with the Events and Partnerships Manager to deliver B2B events, career fairs, and partner activities across the UAE with coordination extending to the wider MENA region.

This role ensures smooth logistics, high-quality on-site execution, and meaningful engagement with customers, partners, and visitors. The work directly contributes to Bayt’s partner network growth and community impact through events and collaborations.

The role offers exposure to regional events, partnership management, and cross-functional collaboration, providing valuable professional growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support event planning, including venue coordination, supplier management, and on-site preparation
• Assist in managing event booths and engaging with visitors, partners, and job seekers
• Coordinate with event organizers and partners to maintain relationships and identify future opportunities
• Research relevant events in the region and provide recommendations for participation
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales) to support event objectives
• Represent Bayt professionally at all events
