Job summary

A global financial technology company based in Dubai seeks a Sales Executive to engage clients across Europe by guiding them through their trading journey. Responsibilities include converting leads into active traders, reactivating dormant accounts, providing product education, and maximizing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree and at least 2 years of CFD/FX brokerage sales experience. This role requires fluency in a European language and a proactive approach to teamwork.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of CFD/FX brokerage sales experience.
  • Proven record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Fluency in a European language.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with leads via phone, live chat, email, and social channels.
  • Convert potential clients into active traders.
  • Reactivate dormant accounts and drive revenue growth.
  • Provide platform guidance and product education to clients.
  • Build strong relationships to maximize client lifetime value.
  • Support events such as webinars, seminars, and client activations.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales KPIs and performance targets.
