Job summary

A leading educational services provider in Dubai is seeking an experienced ERPNext Developer to lead the development and customization of ERPNext across various business functions. This role requires strong technical expertise in the Frappe Framework, Python, and a deep functional understanding of HR, Finance, and Operations. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience and a commitment to system reliability, as well as a strong ability to communicate and coordinate with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on ERPNext & Frappe experience.
• Proven ERP implementation experience in medium to large organizations.
• Portfolio or GitHub showcasing ERPNext customizations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, customization, implementation, and ongoing support of ERPNext.
• Gather requirements and map business processes across various functions.
• Manage ERPNext deployments, upgrades, bench operations, and database migrations.
• Implement REST API integrations with third-party systems.
