Job Title: ERP Merchandiser (Oracle NetSuite)
Location: Umm al-Quwain, United Arab Emirates
Salary: AED 8000 to AED 12000 / Month Only.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive ERP Merchandiser with hands-on experience in Oracle NetSuite ERP to manage product data, inventory, and merchandising workflows. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate SKU creation, smooth inventory movement, and optimal product availability by leveraging the ERP system for data management, reporting, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- SKU Management: Create, categorize, and maintain SKUs in Oracle NetSuite, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all product lines.
- Product Data Maintenance: Update product attributes, pricing, and descriptions in the ERP system to support sales and inventory teams.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, track stock movements (receipts, transfers, adjustments), and generate replenishment requests when required.
- Purchase & Sales Order Processing: Assist in creating purchase and sales orders in NetSuite and follow up with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely execution.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate and analyze reports on inventory performance, product sell-through, and stock variances to support decision-making.
- ERP Optimization: Collaborate with the IT/ERP team to identify process improvements and ensure smooth functioning of NetSuite workflows.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with procurement, warehouse, finance, and sales teams to maintain operational efficiency.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all ERP entries follow company standards and audit requirements for traceability and data integrity.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in merchandising, inventory management, or ERP data management.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of SKU management, inventory control, and product lifecycle processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis for reporting and decision-making.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work with multiple departments.
