This job family is specific to the KBR Building Group. Responsibilities include the overall administration of preconstruction project estimates and schedules.

Primary Areas of Responsibility

• all estimating functions reviewing plans and specifications for accurate pricing
• obtaining necessary reviews by insurance bonding and legal management of bid day activities
• maintaining positive relationships with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and owners for awareness of business opportunities
