ROLE SUMMARY

The position is mainly responsible for handling a diverse range of legal and administrative tasks for Asset Management Legal Department, ensuring its smooth day-to-day operations.

ROLE PROFILE
  • Maintain legal document databases, ensure safe custody of originals, and manage scanned copies for easy retrieval.
  • Review legal documents/contracts received and coordinate with lawyers for required clarifications or further actions.
  • Process routine legal procedural functions under lawyer guidance to relieve lawyers from administrative and repetitive tasks.
  • Assist in the finalization of agreements by highlighting changes, collating enclosures, and preparing supporting documentation.
  • Track, monitor, and report job requests, deadlines, litigation updates, and follow-ups with internal stakeholders and external lawyers.
  • Support lawyers in preparing certain legal documents, notices, due diligence questionnaires, and ensure proof of service and proper record keeping.
  • Review invoices from external law firms for processing and provide quality assurance on administrative legal support work.
  • Organize meetings, support travel arrangements, and ensure compliance with Majid Al Futtaim Properties’ Code of Conduct, departmental policies, and Human Capital policies.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum University Degree.
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of work experience in real estate development, preferably experience in shopping mall legal administrative matters in GCC in a similar role
