Job summary

A leading educational consultancy in Sharjah is seeking an Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) in Business Administration to oversee and implement internal quality assurance processes aligned with Pearson BTEC standards. Qualifications

  • Valid professional certifications relevant to the field.

  • Currently residing in the UAE with a valid residency visa.

We are seeking Internal Quality Assurer in Business Administration to join our Pearson BTEC programmes for the following position:

Internal Quality Assurer (IQA)

  • Oversee and implement internal quality assurance processes in line with Pearson BTEC standards.
  • Review and approve assessment planning and assessment decisions to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Sample assessed learner work to confirm the validity, reliability, and fairness of assessment outcomes.
  • Support assessor standardisation and continuous quality improvement.
  • Prepare and maintain IQA documentation and support External Quality Assurance (EQA) activities.
  • Carry out any other duties related to the Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) role in accordance with Pearson and centre requirements.

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field (degree must be attested by the Ministry of Higher Education).
  • Valid professional certifications relevant to the field.
  • A valid Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) qualification is mandatory.
  • Relevant practical experience in academic quality assurance or internal verification.
  • Applicants must be currently residing in the UAE with a valid residency visa that allows the centre to issue an official assignment or secondment in accordance with approved regulations.
