Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute service work of medium to high complexity as per work instructions and ABB guidelines. Each day, you will deliver excellent customer service to satisfy customers. You will also showcase your expertise by working with customers to identify opportunities in the installed base, to improve system performance and operational performance.

The work model for the role is: onsite.

This role is contributing to the Electrification /E‑mobility in the UAE cluster.

  • Contribute to customer satisfaction by planning and executing service work as per customer order and expectations.
  • Ensure customer retention by delivering superior customer experience and effectively communicating service work timeline and expectations.
  • Take actions to identify new service business opportunities for ABB in close cooperation with customers and other ABB teams.
  • Coach technicians and engineers and supervise complex site activities.
Qualifications for the role
  • 2+ years of experience in E‑mobility, 5+ years of experience in service.
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
  • DC charger experience & standard service process experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Comfortable communicating in English.
