Development Duties
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Build and optimize back-end systems using technologies such as Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), PHP, or Java, and manage databases (SQL/NoSQL like MySQL, MongoDB).
- Integrate e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) with custom features for inventory management, payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal), and user authentication.
- Ensure the security, performance, and scalability of high-traffic e-commerce websites.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack and implement CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployments.
Digital Marketing Duties
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM (Google Ads), social media marketing, email campaigns (e.g., using Mailchimp or Klaviyo), and content marketing.
- Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Ahrefs to inform data-driven decisions.
- Create and optimize landing pages, A/B tests, and personalized user experiences to boost engagement and sales.
- Manage PPC campaigns, affiliate marketing, and influencer partnerships to expand reach in the e-commerce space.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends, such as mobile optimization, AR/VR integrations, and AI-driven personalization.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product enhancements and competitive positioning.
- Report on key metrics, such as ROI from marketing campaigns and site performance KPIs.
Skills
- Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience:
- 2+ years in full-stack development, with proven projects in e-commerce.

- Technical Skills:
