Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated ECommerce Specialist to join our team and drive online sales growth. The ideal candidate will be an expert in managing online stores, optimising product listings, and implementing strategies to enhance the customer experience and boost revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings across our eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce etc.)
• Optimise product descriptions, images and SEO to increase visibility and conversion rates
• Develop and execute online marketing campaigns including email marketing, PPC and social media ads
• Analyse website traffic, sales data and customer behaviour to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging visuals and product pages
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to prevent stock shortages
• Stay up to date with eCommerce trends, tools and best practices
• Provide customer support as needed, ensuring a seamless shopping experience

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an ECommerce Specialist or a similar role
• Experience with AB Testing and conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
• Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms like Amazon, Shopify, eShop etc.
• Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics and online advertising strategies
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo etc.)
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and project management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

NicetoHave Skills

• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop)
• Understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
