You will be responsible for ensuring its functionality, managing customer interactions, and working closely with the IT development team to implement improvements. Ideal candidates should have a proven track record in managing e-commerce operations and enhancing user experiences through technical and automated solutions. Responsibilities

• Oversee the company’s e-commerce website, ensuring full functionality, accurate product listings, and user-friendly navigation.
• Handle customer profile creation, order placement processes, and technical issue resolution.
• Serve as a point of contact for both customers and internal teams to resolve e-commerce-related queries and order issues.
• Provide assistance to the Customer Service Team in managing quotation requests, order tracking, and communication follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the IT development team to ensure smooth deployment of updates and bug fixes.
• Use project tracking tools like Azure Boards to monitor and assign development tasks and track completion.
• Work directly with key stakeholders including the CEO, CFO, and Sales Managers to understand business needs and implement platform features that align with sales and operational goals.
• Identify pain points in online sales workflow and suggest automation or technical solutions to improve efficiency.
• Contribute to UI / UX improvements, ensuring the platform supports customer conversion and satisfaction.
