Candidates must have at least 5 years of overall experience, including 2 years in the UAE, and a strong proficiency in CAD Draughting. The role offers an initial 6-month contract with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position. Responsibilities include drafting electrical plans, conducting field visits, collaborating with MEP teams, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years overall experience, with at least 2 years in the UAE.
• Strong proficiency in Electrical CAD Draughting & Detailing for villas and mansions.
• Experience in working for a recognised Main Contracting Company.

Responsibilities

• Design and draft electrical plans using CAD software.
• Conduct field visits to gather necessary information.
• Create detailed material lists for electrical components.
• Collaborate with MEP team members on project integration.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Update and revise plans based on project changes.
• Maintain accurate records of electrical plans and revisions.
• Provide technical support to construction teams.
• Stay updated with industry standards and trends.
