Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years experience as a PRO in JAFZA or another UAE free zone.
• Previous exposure to HR administration and benefits management preferred.
• Valid UAE driver's license (mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Handle all JAFZA-related processes including license renewals and amendments.
• Process employee visas, labor cards, Emirates IDs, and work permits.
• Manage employee medical insurance enrollment and claims.
• Support onboarding processes for new hires.

Skills

Strong administrative and organizational skills

Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong communication skills in English

In-depth knowledge of JAFZA regulations

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR or related field
