Qualifications

• Must be eligible and willing to obtain dual employment in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience drafting and negotiating contracts in the UAE and/or Middle East region.
• Comfortable managing various legal tasks in a lean team environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with various clients.
• Collaborate with the global legal team to align legal practices.
• Monitor relevant changes in laws and regulations for compliance.
• Assist with corporate matters including company secretarial work.
