Job summary

A leading consultancy firm is seeking an HSE Specialist to support health, safety, security, and environment initiatives. The role includes conducting audits to ensure compliance with policies, developing HSE training programs, and assisting with action plans for HSE certifications. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 8 years of experience in HSSE, and strong communication and analytical skills. Proficiency in English is required, and Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in an HSSE function, preferably in the Architecture, Engineering and Planning Industry.
• Experience with enforcement of HSE policies and tools is preferred.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support enforcement of corporate HSE policies and procedures.
• Conduct periodic HSE audits on offices and supervision sites.
• Participate in HSE training and awareness sessions.
