Qualifications

• Valid G-category license issued by Dubai Municipality.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE/Gulf construction experience; senior roles require 8 years.
• Ability to travel and work on multiple sites across Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit design drawings, BOQs, and method statements in line with Dubai Building Codes.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and contractors.
• Oversee construction activities ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain inspection logs.
• Liaise with Dubai Municipality for permits and endorsements.
• Ensure all submissions signed by the G-licensed engineer.
• Prepare and present project status updates to management.
• Implement UAE safety regulations and project-specific safety requirements.
• Mentor junior engineers on G-license requirements.
