Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with various stakeholders.
• Proficient in managing TFM service providers and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Experience with property management systems and technical knowledge of facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the TFM contract and ensure compliance with SLAs.
• Provide OPEX and CAPEX budgeting requirements and financial forecasts.
• Conduct quality control of facilities management operations and ensure best practices.

Technically astute and proficient

Experience working directly for and on behalf of a Landlord / Client

Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint / CRM systems
