Key responsibilities include processing sales orders, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining data accuracy in the ERP system. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of order processing experience and familiarity with Business Central.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in order processing, coordination, or similar roles.
• Medical supplies distribution experience preferred.
• ERP experience required, preferably Business Central.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review customer purchase orders.
• Release pick lists to warehouse with clear details.
• Identify items that require replenishment.
• Provide order confirmations and delivery updates.
• Maintain clean item and customer data in ERP.
• Daily reporting on orders and delivery statuses.
