• At least 5-7 years of legal practice experience, especially in corporate or commercial law.
• Demonstrated expertise in temporary legal consultant roles within the UAE or GCC.

Responsibilities

• Function as a Corporate Legal Counsel, overseeing legal operations during periods of organizational change.
• Deliver strategic legal counsel to clients ensuring adherence to regulations.
• Manage legal initiatives, including contract negotiations and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal and external legal teams to support client objectives.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and prepare legal documents.
